By entering this contest, entrants will be deemed bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms prevail in any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional

materials. Please retain a copy for your information. Please note nothing in these Terms

restricts any entrant's statutory rights as a consumer. This giveaway is not sponsored by

Eligibility

1. This contest is open to residents within the contiguous United States aged 18 or over

2. This promotion will only run for one day on February 1, 2023.

3. Estrella Insurance policy application is necessary to receive this promotion. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, or similar third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.

4. Estrella agents, employees, or others associated with the brand in any other way are not eligible to participate in any giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions unless specified otherwise.

5. Only new policyholders are eligible for this promotion.

Prize

The prize of this promotion is to be awarded to one (1) new policyholder and consists of a $25 dollar gift card.

Winner Notification/Selection

The prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize is non-assignable or transferable. Any other incidental expenses on the Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for the Promoter to use the winner's name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Participating entrants agree to these Terms and accept the decisions of the Promoter,

their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Contest, as well as the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, and use of the Prize.

General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. If terminated the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the winner from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above. The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the promotion process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of the Terms of this or any other contest or promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter's failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
