The Ultimate Canes Tailgate Experience

1. Sponsor

The Estrella Insurance x University of Miami Football Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Estrella Insurance ("Sponsor"). Sponsor's principal business address for purposes of this Promotion is: ESTRELLA FRANCHISING, LLC, 1801 SW 3RD AVE, Miami, Florida 33129.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 2026 and ends October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
• satisfy all requirements contained in these Official Rules; and
• are legally eligible to receive the applicable prize.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, participating Estrella Insurance agencies, and any advertising, promotion, fulfillment, or other company involved in the administration of the Promotion, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

"Immediate family" includes spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Promotion is void outside Florida and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Insurance Transaction Required

Participation in the Promotion is not conditioned upon the purchase, renewal, solicitation, quotation, application, referral, or acquisition of any insurance product or service. An entrant:

• does not need to be an Estrella Insurance customer;
• does not need to request an insurance quote;
• does not need to purchase or renew an insurance policy;
• does not need to provide proof of insurance;
• does not need to refer another insurance customer;
• does not receive additional entries or better odds by conducting insurance business with Sponsor or any Estrella Insurance location; and
• will not receive any advantage or disadvantage in connection with an insurance quote, premium, coverage, policy, claim, or other insurance transaction based upon participation or nonparticipation in the Promotion.

The Promotion is intended solely as a promotional sweepstakes and not as an inducement to purchase, renew, replace, or otherwise transact insurance.

5. Insurance Leads and Marketing Consent

Entering the Promotion does not constitute an application for insurance and does not obligate an entrant to obtain an insurance quote or purchase insurance.

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy and these Official Rules.

Declining marketing consent will not affect an entrant's eligibility or odds of winning.

6. University of Miami Football Tickets or Experiences

If the prize includes admission to a University of Miami football game or related event, admission is subject to all applicable ticket terms, venue policies, security procedures, and rules established by the University of Miami, venue operator, conference, or other applicable event authority.

Game dates, times, opponents, venues, and event details are subject to change. If a game or event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, or otherwise modified, the prize will be honored subject to the policies applicable to the underlying ticket or experience.

If an event is canceled and no replacement ticket, credit, or other compensation is provided to Sponsor, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide additional compensation except as required by law.

The winner and any guest must comply with all applicable venue and event rules. Sponsor may disqualify a winner or guest from participation in an experience if his or her conduct is disruptive, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise violates applicable venue or event policies.

7. Random Drawing and Odds

Sponsor or an independent administrator will randomly select a potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Purchasing insurance, obtaining an insurance quote, renewing an insurance policy, referring a customer, or otherwise conducting business with Estrella Insurance will not improve an entrant's odds of winning.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with the entry. The potential winner may be required to respond within [48 HOURS / OTHER PERIOD] after Sponsor's first notification attempt.

Before receiving the prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to:

• verify eligibility;
• provide reasonable proof of identity and Florida residency;
• execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
• execute a liability and publicity release where lawful;
• provide information reasonably necessary for tax reporting;
• complete any ticket or prize-transfer documentation; and
• comply with other reasonable requirements necessary to lawfully award the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation when required by law. The value reported for tax purposes may be based upon the actual value of the prize provided to the winner.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements regarding the Promotion for reasonable advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Nothing in this provision authorizes Sponsor to imply that the winner endorses a particular insurance product, insurance company, policy, coverage, or rate.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who Sponsor reasonably determines:

• has violated these Official Rules;
• has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the entry or winner-selection process;
• has submitted fraudulent or automated entries;
• has provided materially false information; or
• has engaged in conduct that compromises the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable Florida law and any regulatory filing requirements.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, reject, disallow, or disqualify otherwise valid entries.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor, participating Estrella Insurance agencies, the University of Miami and its affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion administrators, and prize providers will not be responsible for losses, damages, claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, attendance at, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules waives any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. No Insurance Representation

Nothing concerning this Promotion constitutes:

• an offer to bind insurance coverage;
• an insurance quote;
• an insurance contract;
• a representation regarding the availability or price of insurance;
• a representation regarding coverage;
• insurance advice; or
• a guarantee of eligibility for any insurance product.

Insurance products and services offered through Estrella Insurance are subject to applicable underwriting requirements, insurer approval, policy terms, conditions, exclusions, rates, and applicable law.

Participation in or winning the Promotion has no effect on insurance eligibility, rates, premiums, coverage, underwriting, claims, renewals, cancellations, or other insurance matters.

14. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be collected, used, maintained, and disclosed in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy and applicable law.

Sponsor may use information as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and comply with legal obligations.

Any separate use of entrant information for insurance solicitation, email marketing, text messaging, or telephone marketing will be subject to applicable consent and disclosure requirements.

15. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from the Promotion shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
